I actually agree 100 percent.

They have a ton of material, and almost all of it is good to very good, but their first three albums? Fucking FORGET ABOUT IT. That’s one of the best three-album runs in music history, and on those three albums you'll find the absolute apex of ‘70s British punk.

I’ll take Pink Flag/Chairs Missing/154 over even just about anything else that was loosely categorized as “punk” during that period. They’re, like, omega-level.

Oh, I'm sure I'll enjoy it a lot. I already know some the individual tracks of those albums and really dig them, for some reason I just never took the time to listen to them in their full glory. Weird, I know - especially given the fact that I'm into the things I'm into. I'll do so tomorrow. For now, I'll listen to some Ambient since I need to get shit done for university. But I'm really looking forward to them.
