Hmmmm, here in the great Lone Star State of Texas almighty, we call those machines "water fountains" and we call flavored carbonated beverages "cokes."
They are ALL "cokes." As in "Man, I am thirsty. I could go for a coke." "which do you want?" "Do you have Sprite?" When my best friends mogved to Rockford Illinois and then moved back 3 years later, they called cokes "pop" and it made me want to punch them in the face. |
oh and p.s.-
water fountains are those very nice elegant landscape features in parks that spurt out water. |

When I went to visit relatives in Bulgaria with my dad a few summers ago, all I would drink was Madness Fanta. I think it's discontinued now, or so says wikipedia, but that stuff was liquid crack.

Hahaha, whenever I go to a restaurant where they have soda fountains, but no Dr. Pepper, I just mix all the drinks that I don't hate together. Mr. Pibb + Coke + Cherry Coke = awesome.

 from the 4th of july. i'd rather like to slaughter the person who took this picture of me. this is what new york has done to me: due to the fact that i am constantly busy, running around doing this and that, not having a hell of a lot of time to make dinner or eat breakfast or lunch and my intake consists mostly of coffee and cigarettes and the occasional rice krispy treat, i have lost some weight. can you tell? :rolleyes: |
