Just kidding. Actually, Houston is the fourth largest US city and isn't on that list. The mayor is democrat. And black. Philadelphia is fifth largest. Not on list. Mayor is democrat. Phoenix is sixth. Democrat mayor. I don't know if you were being serious, but if so, there doesn't seem to be much connection between a city's homeless population and which party tends to run the city. Plenty of democrat mayors can keep the problem under control. Not sure what's up with Seattle. Twentieth largest city but third largest homeless population? The democrat mayor there must suck. A friend just came back from San Francisco said there's literally human shit all around some parts. Supposedly a recognised problem there now, linked with a massive spike in homelessness. Not the place for flip flops.
