I just cant stand it, ive had it five years and tried giving it a go again earlier and felt much the same as i always have. Possibly due to the fact ive just bought this and was listening to it beforehand



I dont have a hugely deep knowledge of hardcore but this thing is terrifically out of control.

i guess crass is the same thing over and over so the double lp probably has a huge cumulative awfulness to people who don't like it

they do use some interesting samples and field recordings in the intros for alot of the songs, but they cant match their concepts with listenable tunes or lyrics. Half the trouble with their presentation is how completely po-faced and humourless it is, the other half is how they sound like a parody of the genre.

Still, i bought it from an indie shop that used to sell both porn videos and guitars, so in the end everyones a winner
