I'm not sure really, I think it might be Calvin's voice haha. I've been listening to lots of stuff similar to them as well such as Henry's Dress. I've just got really back into lo-fi recorded punk rock. Not sure why.

gotta love getting albums for cheap because they look beat to shit and then getting home and finding they sound fine :)

I love EN. I prefer their early and live material but I enjoyed this album too, just not as much... I've been listening to them a lot lately.
