I suggested that we could go see a movie, she said that she didn't know what was on. I proposed Captain Marvel, she said she'd already seen it. The rest of the conversation was me trying to salvage a date possibility and her just saying 'yeah, maybe' and trying to go past.
Also her friend was there with her, which was probably a bad choice on my part but they were effectively glued together.

I'll Snapchat her when I get home, hopefully we can try and get another conversation going. Because fuck, she is cute.

Really? In the rare conversations about it, my parents have suggested that movies are good first-date options - it gives you a reason to talk, but not about each other if you're a little shy.
