I can't wait to watch it. Of course it's Heath Ledger's final movie, but I'm watching it because I've always been a fan of Terry Gilliam. The amazing looking Lily Cole is in it as well, which is a bonus. :)

Should I check those out first? or can anyone recommend a movie I'd like that's similar by a different director that's similar to Gilliam?!

or that you prefer better?

I'm in a quirky thinking mood.

i like both of them, maybe time bandits a it more since it is much trashier.
but brazil is my favorite.
the only bad acting is the chick, but everything else makes u for it.

i saw city lights-9/10
stalker-9/10
the limits of control5.5/10

limits of control is not terrible, its just not very good. cool usage of boris in the soundtrack and overall it was well done, just a bit boring and obvious. and way less good than his other films. the dialogues really went dowqn the drain.
but i didnt hate it

EVOLghost 10.03.2009 02:33 PM

was better than I thought. but that white kids get annoying sometimes.

Not so much a movie but Boogie Man: The Lee Atwater Story.

Pretty much the documentary to see about negative politics in America.

Just ordered throw your books...

The only films I'm missing by him are THE BOXER and his Story to O "sequel".

Pastoral is probably one of my all time favorite films from just one watch. Just.. wow.
