Running is the least interesting thing. It's also the only thing that keeps me from the tabs.

Satan - STOP BEING A BORING FUCK AND START BELIEVING IN YOURSELF AGAIN.

i'm the same as i ever was, you're just choosing to notice it now.

sorry i don't like to run. sorry i have an opinion. sorry i don't give a flying fuck what you think you prick.

Edit, wait, sorry you have an opinion? Come on.... really? Haha, I dont think I've heard someone say that since Saved by the Bell or Blossom.

minus the brats

davenotdead 09.21.2009 11:33 PM

as long as the nipples are still excited, i'm okay with losing the brats

alteredcourse 09.21.2009 11:33 PM

So THAT's why they came up with "Perfect 10".

the big quasar 09.21.2009 11:33 PM

ice skating ... esp when yr first on the rink, 8am weekday.

alteredcourse 09.21.2009 11:35 PM

You do it often ?

I'd love to do that as soon as the ice gets laid down this winter.

terriblecanyons 09.21.2009 11:35 PM

I never got into ice skating. I used to be really good at rollerblading though.

not for ages. it was a school sport and that's how I go into it. It was the best thing abt school. Spraying the ice feels awesome. Even crashing is fun.

dale_gribble 09.22.2009 12:35 AM

BIKING

amerikangod 09.22.2009 12:36 AM

Ice skating... man, you country folks. Growing up in Brooklyn we had BMXs, running away from dudes trying to jump you, running away from cars (and their angry drivers) that we just hit with something, a variety of sports played in the street, and games involving a rubber ball and a wall like suicide.

alteredcourse 09.22.2009 12:53 AM

Wow ! Being so cool must be a sport in itself.

Back to ice skating. Skates with a toe-pick, or no ?:o

Running sucks ass...but can burn calories like a motherfucker. I am obsessed with exercising. I bought a spin cycle (the one s they use in spin class) when I stopped going to the gym. That burns more calories than anything else I have tried. You can burn up to 1000 in an hour if you can go strong enough.

My favorite exorcise is this corny dance workout dvd I have. At least I can do the cha cha now and some really odd hip hop moves.

Satan 09.22.2009 08:31 AM

you know, you actually burn more calories at a moderate level of exercise than you do by exercising very vigorously

i just rollerskate/ride bikes/skateboard for fun, i could give a shit about the health benefits

the big quasar 09.22.2009 08:37 AM

yeah, do something that's fun. mountain bikes, skateboarding, horizontal folk dancing etc.

Very true satan. You can burn more on the eliptical (500 in 30 minutes) than running (250 in 30 minutes). I can roll in a circle on my husband's skateboard....and bust my ass...

I am more concerned with dropping pounds than health benefits

Personally I've never jogged. If I want to stay fit I go for long walks through the countryside, and I've spotted joggers nigh on torturing themselves there too. :)

i used to jog. now i just go to the gym.
but i might have to start jogging again because the gym is really expensive.

SONIC GAIL 09.22.2009 10:14 AM

^I quit cause it was dirty and expensive
