actually I bet most parts of Vegas are more corrupt than that part of the Bowery these days. CBGB is now surrounded by upscale glass apt buildings and trendy restaurants and college dorms have been settling in the area for years (i.e., the fucking B Bar). So if CBs is supposed to be in a corrupt, decadent place Vegas is probably more fitting these days if you think about.
