Went to a model bus show in Hoole, near Chester this morning and saw the usual charming people. Then spent the afternoon in Chester itself; bought some excellent cheese, went to The Falcon for a pint, saw our antique shop friends and bought an antique compass, then went to the Polish shop and bought some stuff. Came home and had dinner and now I'm here.

Tomorrow we're going for a walk.

going to see errase errata tonight and then mark e smith and the raincoats tomorow.

That sounds good. I've got some spoken word boots of MES - short and fun, although two of them are pretty poor quality.

If someone can tell me how to compress them to a small size easily, and for free, then I'll up one or two. The third is really bad quality.

Oh man! Why did you remind me of that song! How I adored that song for so long!!! Now it's pulling a "Cure- Close to Me", and I want the album it's on!

On friday I went to the opening of an exhibition at a gallery. There was free beer (Becks of course....). The art was mostly shit. A tea paint splattered tea cup....yawn. A bit of wood and some lino bolted to the floor....bleh. The was some ok typographic stuff. Just some words on paper but coloured in with pencil so respect for that. The best thing was a bit of paper with the word 'ubjects' on it. It was that kind of thing. No-one was looking at the art, just drinking the free booze and talking bollocks loudly. Then went to a pub which plays decent music on a Friday.

Rest of the weekend has been lazy....bought some Marx Brothers films on dvd and have been watching Reeves and Mortimer a lot. Might bake a cake later or some muffins.

I have mixed feelings about last night, I had a great time at a party, but all my freinds wanted to visit another party, so we took the bus. The other party sucked, I was just sitting in a corner smoking ciggarettes and watching my ex fooling around with another guy. Then I got drunk as fuck, and the police drove me home.
