Proud now?
|
I often cry while I'm on this board. Can't think why.

Pookie's sweetest dreams are of his own death.
|
"I'm replying to a Marmalade thread" is all I have to think, and the tears come.

Why do people keep referring to my death on here. Have my doctor's notes been leaked? |
I have to go now. My bosses are starting to wonder why I'm laughing so much.

Laughing at work=poor productivity.

Of course Paddington was right. He's Paddington. You used to be able to buy 'Paddington's Special Marmalade', with no bits in, but I haven't seen it for sale for a few years. THe Traidcraft marmalade is nice, and Sainsbury's do a nice one too.
I especially like lime marmalade. |

Sainsbury's sell both their own and Rose's lime marmalade. Lovely.

One of the worst i have tasted has to be chestnut marmalade.

Hi porkmarras. Chestnut marmalade? I've never tried that. Don't think I ever will, either, but I applaud you heartily for braving it.
Roses is the brand for lime stuff. |
Hello Hip Priest! My grandmother had such odd culinary taste, she thought that chestnut marmalade was a treat for her nephew.Arrrghhh!Disgusting!

It doesn't appeal to me, I have to say. But then, I don't like chestnuts too much either. What are you supposed to do with chestnut marmalade? Is there a traditional use?
|
