ya, if you dont eat your cells dont have anything to breakdown so they start to breakdown all the toxins to run-on. the feeling you get after not eating for a few days, isnt real hunger, its gastic irritation, real hunger is dangerous and you can go up to 3 months on just water.

the chemicals and minerals in tap water have to be broken down still, so drinking tap water would be counterproductive which is why you must have distilled water.

i still plan on doing it though.

I'm reading the bhagavad-gita right now, but I don't agree with most of the stuff they say. If someone's on your land, you have the right to KILL them and it won't be considered a sin.

It's more along the lines of Chinese medicine.

i think im going to join golden child on this quest. im bored with eating anyways...

there are plenty better ways to detox if you ask me.
