Of course you are allowed future releases. Any official "Artist you choose" release. Hell, any unofficial release too. And solo artists are ok, you just can't have other bands they were in as well.

and what's wrong with animal collective? they're easily one of the most innovative bands in the past 5 years.

nothing is wrong with them. i enjoy what they do thorughroughly, but out of the whole spectrum of bands that exist or have existed, to pick them as one of "only" three is just silly to me.
