I´ll recommend that you start "Give a Monkey a brain and he´ll swear he´s the center of the universe" or "Chim Chim´s badass revenge" -albums, they´re just great! "Truth and Soul" and "the reality of my surroundings" are also good albums. I think in the first album "In your face" the record company had too much influence. By the way, in Red Hot Chili peppers song "Good time boys" is a little piece from Fishbone song "Bonin´in the boneyard".

It's actually a live recording, not an official release. Date for this performance is September 28, 2003, at Manda-la 2, Tokyo, Japan. You might think this is Keiji Haino with Jhonn Balance and company, but the actual line-up was:

Keiji Haino -vocals, Guitar, Harmonica
Natsuki Kido -Guitar
Takeharu Hayakawa -Bass
Eiji Tanaka -Drums

The set-list consisted of:
  • Bad To The Bone
  • Suzie Q
  • Spoonful
  • Got My Mojo Workin'
I've got a copy in MP3 format that i downloaded a long time ago from bigOzine. I've never encountered this in .flac format, but i suppose it's possible that a lossless version has circulated at some point. I was thinking i could upload it to Sendspace and post it, but i won't bother since there seem to be a few active download links out there at the blogosphere. Here's one of them:
