I've been listening to a lot of Red House Painters recently, especially the Roller Coaster album.

Lost Sounds were great but this came out waaaaaaaay before.

I'd say MOCKET is one of the best modern synth punk bands.

And Saito Koji's 'Ocean, and 'Music in Four Movements' by Talvihorros, and 'By The Throat' by Ben Frost. 'Wickerships' by Ryan 'sublamp' O'Connor is waiting for me when i get home.
