I'm actually listening to Silver Apples, of all things..

Wich one?It's been a while since i lent them an ear.

it's a CD of the s/t and Contact. I don't listen to it very much at all but now and again the urge to listen to it pops into my head quite suddenly.

I remember them getting a mini revival for themselves at the time bands like add n to x were more popular.

I was buying a Astral Weeks off ebay a coupla years ago and one of the other items the seller had was this Silver Apples CD. I'd never heard of them, but upon checking out the description and researching them on allmusic.com i decided to bid on it as well. outside of that i've never really heard of them. oh, actually i once read a liars interview where they were cited as an influence. and also, i saw some late night C4 music documentary about some band (Teenage Fanclub?).. one of the members was showing off his record collection and he had the Silver Apples s/t.
