I've been pretty worn out on underground music lately. Pop is where it's at today.

One of my favorite memories was asking for the record store to order this album.. right in front of my mom.. when I was 14 or 15. "Uh.. it's this band big black, and I can't really say the album title..." And then I had my mom pick it up a few days later for me and she said "NOW I KNOW WHY YOU COULDN'T SAY IT! WHAT IS THIS?" and threw it at me. Man, I must've listened to that cd 50 times that week. It was great.

Haha I bought it when I was like 19, but my mom would not have picked that up for me. I don't even think she'd do it now.

i have not bought cds in months. but i dj'd on friday and got 100 shekels, roughly 33 bucks. i went to the crappy but popular local record store knowing that i wont find anything. but them i found
stereolab-cobra.....for about 4.5$, new
and the electric prunes two cd set for about 12$ instead of the usual 30 that it usually costs

i hear ya, rihanna fucking rules.

i bought "new wave" by against me! on vinyl because i honestly love it and don't give a fuck about them "selling out".

against me is one of the worst bands ive ever heard
