btw I played beyond oasis (story of thor in europe) like a mad kid back in the days. I put it into my MD recently and I must say it aged pretty well. great game, and indeed really cool OST.

I have to say he is (at least for me) the best Video game Composer of all time, and one of my favourite composer ever.
he just writes beautiful tunes which almost ever contrast all the games in which they are featured in a strange but anhancing way.
like I said shining soul 2 is on heavy rotation since a week now (again). and if it wouldnt have that awesome music, then the game wouldnt be half as good. not to mention killer7, samurai champloo, contact, no more heroes, god hand, RE chronicles etc.
he is the true rockstar at grasshopper games. even the OST for Blood+ One night kiss is so fucking awesome I could cry. Plus he sports it the punkish way in creating his music (hence a interview I ve read and send to you at sonic park)

It's funny, everyone bitches about the Wii not having any "real games" or whatever... but I can honestly think of at least 15+ games that I'd like to buy for it - and only 3 for 360 (dead space, dead rising 2, bionic commando), and 1 for the PS3 (little big planet).

yeah same here. I opted for Wii, mostly cuz I could list a ton of games that interested me, and so could my wife.

360 at least is flooded with Shmups, so I could get into that.

PS3 has 3D Dot Hero. And um... it costs more money than the other consoles.

Subtract New mario bros. It's tired bullshit. Almost every level can be beat by holding down right and occasianally jumping. Terrible design and fucking flat out boring.

Keepers: Galaxys, sin and punishment, okami, madworld, no more heroes.

it's not boring Joe. If you like 2D Mario games you'll enjoy it.
