all women look different. the differences are what make it so delicious to see different girls. if all women truly looked the same then it wopuld be pointless to keep looking at new ones.

I would personally prefer exercising the act of loving girls rather than looking at ones I'll never personally meet.

But what do I know, I am straight, I don't wanna look at women in particular.

yeah but imagine all the unwanted pregnancies, veneral diseases and paternity lawsuits that looking at a simple picture can prevent. if every minor desire had to be phisically actualized, holy mother of fuck, we'd be in a constant orgy.

hmmmm... now there's an idea....

seinfeld said that women care more about what the man's job is than men care about what a woman's job is. why is that, in your opinion knox, and do you think it true?

as far as looing at women, humans are mainly visual creatures. Most of our sensory input comes through the eyes. men are far more visual in their romances than women seem to be, or claim to be. who knows? women may be lying or at least diminishing the impact a man's looks have on them, but when george clooney or tom brady walk into a room, women cream their panties.

fixed. well, if that's good enough for some people, then it is, fair enough.

personally, i am not turned on by merely looks. i think most women would agree on that, and once again i think men are conditioned to be visual creatures - it was always ok for them to do so. gender conditioning again.

but sexuality is way more complex than that. Waaaay more complex than than that.

see, this is exactly where i think you're misguided in what you say is the reach of culture. you claim that men are "conditioned to look". no. i think something like 40 or 60% of the nerves going into the brain come from the eye. the eyes are in fact part of the central nervous system.

men may be conditioned to act macho or to treat women like shit or to treat them nicely, depending on where you live, but the physiological response of the eye and brains is too fucking quick to be "taught".

now, a man can be conditioned to stare discreetly, or to gawk, or to grab and run, or to feel guilty for staring, but the eye roves madly-- it's how we made it out of the caves.

there's a really cool documentary on the human face with john cleese and liz hurley. it's very funny and fucking brilliant. check it out.

I was talking about searching for images of women with no clothes on, or staring at their boobs as they talk to you, not LOOKING as in a sense.

I saw a research the other day about adultery. In the majority of the cases, men were cheating on their wives with women considered less attractive then their wives. Conclusion was they married a certain kind of women more concerned with the status they would bring or the ridicule they would face from others if they just really did what they wanted.

Peer pressure = if you don't find THIS woman attractive, then you're not a man.
if this does not turn you on, you are gay.
etc.

wellcharge 12.02.2009 02:22 PM

this is a disturbing figure

static-harmony 12.02.2009 02:24 PM

static-harmony 12.02.2009 02:24 PM

This is.

that is a faulty conclusion.(re: that show)
it could just as easily be that the women seen as "gorgeous" by more people get a big head about it and become insufferable because of that ego. you never know.

as far as looking at a woman's breasts when talking to them, that is just bad manners, but the mnanners (societal corection) are there because it is nearly impossible for men not to want to look at a woman they find attractive, or the featrures they find attractive.
women do the same thing but in a wholly different manner.

a woman will stare at a guy's shoes, at his watch, his haircut, at things that to them signal specific things about a man. the first thing women look at in men is ussually the shoes. fine shoes, or well kept shoes, says something to them about what that man is like, whether it is his money, or his "status" or what his personality may be like. women infer a lot more from subtle things than men do.

most men do not notice those things about women, at least not at first.
