Actually, that's done by an Australian dude by the name of Paul Robertson. It's from his blog:

He's known for two awesome animation shorts: 'Pirate Baby's Cabana Battle 2006' and 'Kings of Power 4 Billion %' .... both can be found on YouTube, but downloading the high-res version of each is the way to go.
