I actually liked this better than Tetsuo... great!

Yes! That's how I feel too!! It's got the energy and surrealism of Tetsuo but with beautiful, washed-out oversaturated colors and a somewhat conventional (and even a bit sad) story. Tokyo Fist is Tsukamoto's masterpiece. It desparately needs reissued on a great, high-quality DVD.

Yeah, my favourite part was definitely the colours. Throughout the movie I was like, "this whole movie looks beautiful".

My favorite part was near the end when it shows Tsukamoto staring at the camera in like 5 or 6 different quick cuts of huge, empty, lonely scenes. He simply sadly stares at the camera. Very Kitano-like! Also, the ending scenes, the last minute there, made my spine tingle. When his face explodes with all that blood!

I really need to see A Snake Of June. I had a burned DVD-R of it but it wasn't subtitled or anything.

It's reeeeally crazy, I'm not going to ruin it for you, but the whole movie is fairly straightforward but there are two scenes.. one in particular involving a moving rubber dick hose... that are amongst the most bizarre, surreal, ridiculous things I've ever seen.

I had a hard time seeing this as much more than spectacularly entertaining trash. I guess I can get the social implications, but as a film its just blaxploitation, grindhouse goodness.

6/10. Most fans of the series hate this one. I've had a softspot for it since its release. It reminds me of like a Tales From The Crypt take on F13.

Probably my least favorite F13 ever.

I can't really say I have a least favorite. I seriously love them each for a different reason. sigh.

I'd rather pretend that Jason went straight from Manhattan to Space.

SPS works like this: They ask you a slasher trivia question. If you get it right, a hooker gets killed. It sounds a lot cooler than it is. It could have been a lot better with a better script and well... better looking people.

how's "Innocence"?
I have the 2004 Appleseed and Appleseed Ex Machina to watch, I guess those are kinda "shallow" in a way... my expectations are higher for Innocence, hope I won't be disappointed.
I love fantastic planet.

Innocence was okay,not as good as the first one tho, been tempted by Appleseed, Fantastic Planet is one of a kind...

Fucking funny as hell. Gets better every time.
