The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots
Tom Waits - Closing Time
Animal Collective - Sung Tongs

Cheap Time - Cheap Time (really catchy power-pop/garage punk on In The Red)
Deterioration Yellow Swans (much scuzzier than At Alls End, I'm really liking it on first listen but probably not their best)
Neil Young - Rust Never Sleeps (obsessed with him at the moment)
Burzum - Burzum + Aske (good stuff!)
Kraftwerk - Trans Europa Express (replacing the English cassette version I had that's dying)

I'm pretty new to all Neil Young's stuff. I don't know why it's taken me so long. I'll be on the look out for it though.

If you like his loud, proto-grunge sorta stuff, keep a look out for:
Ragged Glory

Its the album for which he toured with sonic youth.

Of course, this was probably due to me working a double and falling asleep by 8:00 pm. Anyway, this is a pleasant surprise and I'm off for a listen : )

I hope you enjoyed the listen. I myself ordered a copy yesterday, so I should have mine soon enough. I'm excited to hear it.

i found some good as vinyl at newbury comics:

beefheart-ice cream for crow (i dont get why people seem to always talk about trout mask without ever refering this brilliant fucking record)

the breeders-pod (only had a casette prior, this shit was 6 dollars too, still sounds great)

king crimson-red (not my fave crimson record, good though)

also got the cd for the new spiritualized-songs in a and e, and like i said, its fuckin awesome.

The other day I got Lair of the Minotaur's new one. And today I was surprised to find Drike Like Jehu - Yank Crime used, so I picked that up.
