it's not straight from the set, it's a reproduction (meaning, i did the same stuff with the same setup, live in my livingroom, straight from the mix into the recording software, with no cuts or overdubs).

no no, I did not and, unfortunately, won't. the sound guys did not record the gig, althought they'd said they would do so.

yeah, I bought the Behringer one... it was really cheaper and it does what I need (I do not need the preamps so I don't care whether they're good or bad).

and yeah, I play FL Studio :D it does what I need: running vsts that i can control with my midi keyboard, fine sequencer, and no crack control like on ableton ( ;) ).

Hey guys,

Going back to school on Monday :( But that was a great holiday, I saw Wilco yesterday they were so great ! I love how they played "Poor Places" then played "Reservations" just after or when they played "Misunderstood" and at the end Jeff was repeating "NOTHING !" like 20 times or something like that, it was intense. They didn't play "Hummingbird" (which is my favorite song) but I'm not complaining since it was an awesome show and all the songs were great (they played "Via Chicago" and "Spiders" !!!)

I like how it sounds. I like the beat, the sounds ive made and how they work together. the mood is what I aimed for etc. but there is something...maybe missing. like you ve said slavo, it feels right to add something at the end instead of letting it run out, like now.

I've been asked to DJ at a party. It sounds exciting as it would be at least 5/6 hours of DJing in front of at least 500 people, but I don't know yet if I'll do it, since my laptop only has a 3h30 autonomy and I have no ground loop isolator to kill the buzz that plugging the laptop would induce... hmm
