Agree with the bastard bit, but me, clever? Never! Quote:
Scented candles is definitely a gay thing, methinks. As for knocking/dropping things/being clumsy, oh god, you should se me in action at some time. Did I tell you about the time in Brazil where I chatting to a mate of mine, and walked at a 45 degree angle straight into a glass door? |
i walk into the corners of tables all the time, which thanks to my height will strike me either right in the kneecap (coffee table) or right in the hip bone (regular height tables)
and i bump my head on the chandelier all the time. painful. people walking smack into things (especially glass doors) is just ace though. fuck my foot went totally dead |
so Dead Beat Goat Dad would sorta be like Married with children
but about a Goat and he does more goatish things and his favouite game he plays to entertain his kids is wrap masking tape around their hands with wooden spoons for hooves and tells them to play like that all day |
![]() hi, ima goat and im cuter than you |

Guinness, Whiskey, and Jager is a pretty terrible mix. Feel like shit.
|
It must been the Jager, acousticrock87. Guinness and whisky together are usually a good combination. Hope your hangover doesn't last too long.
|
Yeah probably. I'm starting to think Jager is not worth the taste. I get sick every fucking time. It was the best Guinness I've had in quite a while, though.
My friend is texting me claiming he'll never drink again. So I guess it was a decent night, after all. |
the guinness in ireland tastes so much better. those of you who've had it will agree, i'm sure.
only 12 more hours until i get to go home! |
While walking to a friend's house last night we were chased with these two massive dogs. The owners didn't do anything but call their fucking names.
Luckily, we weren't mauled to death. |

totally but even then, i mean there's a massive difference from pub to pub for a good pint, generally go to the dingiest, oldest looking pub |
+1 on Dublin Guinness - Cantanky speak true say. The Guinness in London used to be awful (back when the UK Guinness was brewed in England), but since we now get it from Ireland too, it's luvverly stuff here in Blighty as well.
|
yeah it's nice in england too
my favourite beer for sure |
I don't get horrible hangovers from Guinness, and when it's really smooth, it tastes the business. You really don't need to eat food w/Guinness either, it's true. Whiskey chasers at the end of the night of Guinnessy fun are always good too.
|
as usual, i agree 100%
i can't drink vodka because of the terrible hangover i always seem to get not to say it also tastes like rubbing alcohol, even the good brands |
I'd just like to say FUCK YOU MOSQUITOS.
I would tell you to bite my ass, but you've done that enough already. |
Gonna get my dork on and watch the ISS fly over now
Woot |
It makes me wonder why the stuff here is even called Guinness. The stuff you get on a good tap here has almost a completely different taste from the bottled shit in the liquor store. If real Ireland Guinness is even more different, we might as well consider American Guinness to be a completely different (inferior) beer.
|
Well the Bottled shit isn't draught, and if you're going to have Stout without the proper gassy content, then.. good luck :)
If you're drinking Guinness at home, get the draught cans with the widget inside: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Widget_%28beer%29 Guinness is brewed differently for differen't regions. The stuff they call Guinness in Africa is, an entirely different beast. Bleh marketing/brand names... |
I just hate drinking beer out of a can if there are other options. It might just be in my head, but I think it gives it a Smirnoffy aluminum taste. I suppose I should try the draught, though, since I've never gotten it before.

Fuck my slow internet!!! That stream stops every few seconds. Well, at least it's being documented.
|
The stream is holding up surprisingly well for my internet connection, they're playing Little Fury Things right now.
|
Dan, let's see a script for Dead Beat Goat Dad.

i'm never having a beer in my life, at least i won't try to get drunk on beer ever again.
in other news, finding out a girl you're into has a boyfriend from a third person sucks. |
I bough a bottle of Brewed Jamaican Ginger Ale today. It was honestly the worst drink I've ever had in my life. It tasted like Jager (that same 'spice' almost licorice taste) if Jager had no alcohol and was filtered 8 times through a fat 8th grader's gym bag.
|
jager tastes like licorice because it's made with anise seed, which is what licorice is.
i hate licorice. |
![]() Reed's Original Ginger Brew was our first creation, and is a Jamaican recipe for homemade ginger ale using 17 grams of fresh ginger root, lemon, lime, honey, fructose, pineapple, herbs and spices. There had to be anise and about 1000 other herbs in there. |
that looks gross
red stripe > all other jamaican beer |
hate licorice too, but like jäger and loooove anisette and arak.
|
It is. I barely even had two sips then I threw it away. The taste was with me for hours, even through gum, food, and other drinks.
