i bought "backstabbers" by the O'Jays yesterday.

Recently I got:

Aluk Todolo - Descension lp
Earth - Hibernaculum lp
Sonic Youth - Bull in the Heather 10"
Sonic Youth - Providence 7" (charity shop find...50p!)

and had these put by for me:

Guru Guru - Ufo lp (recent reissue on the Wah Wah label)
Albert Ayler - Holy Ghost 3xlp
Current 93 - Earth Covers Earth lp

The last two are sale items and pretty cheap. I wouldn't have bought the Current 93 record but it's worth a punt at £3 I thought.

ps. Does anyone know if the Bull in the Heather 10" is worth much what with it being limited and on silver vinyl?

Haven't gotten them yet but I plan on getting them this week.

Nice choice with the Ayler - Holy Ghost 3xlp.....there are some great versions of known Ayler tracks as well as the obscure and rare free jams he laid down, all with good liner notes and pressed on clear wax. What does this cost where you reside?

See, my mom, when I was home one semester from school, was cleaning my room in the basement where my dad kept his geode collection on the window sills, and she knocked one of the geodes down and it landed right on top of my first copy of Horses, putting a huge dent in the record and rendering it unplayable )
