some dude I've worked with for 4 years suddenly died. I just got the phone call. Healthiest dude I've ever met. Worked out every day, ate right, went to the doctor regularly and had no apparent health problems. Never drank or smoked or did drugs. Died of a heart attack at 33 years old. Just out of NOWHERE. Weird as fuck. I'm in shock. I just talked to this dude while working with him for a good 8 hours the other night. Insane.
